For help with login, course access, bonuses, or your purchase, contact our team. We respond as quickly as we can during business hours.

Common questions

  • I bought a program but can’t log in

    Check the email you used at checkout (including spam/promotions). Your login details are sent after purchase. Use “Member login” with that email and the password from the delivery email. If you never received credentials, email support with your purchase email and product name.

  • I logged in but don’t see my course

    Open your dashboard after signing in. Access is tied to the purchase email. If you used a different email to log in than you used to buy, contact support with both emails and we will attach access to the correct account.

  • Where is the Prompt Builder bonus?

    If your program includes the Prompt Builder, it appears under “Your bonuses” on the dashboard after login. You can also open it from your member area once access is active.

  • Refunds and billing

    Purchases are processed by Warrior Plus (or the checkout shown on the sales page). Refund and billing questions follow that checkout provider’s policy. Email us with your order details and we will help coordinate.
